"Ever since I was a child, I have had a strange relationship with the forest. Later I have been told the story, that my mom and I once got lost. To me, it just felt like a very long walk – only afterwards I realised that we had not been able to find our way back. In my memory, there is still an image of the endless dark woods. An image I want to escape from. But no matter how far I look, somehow there seems to be no way out."
